Our Story

GINA LUCANIA - FOUNDER

Scale Beauty Collective was born from a career spent growing brands, building relationships, and learning firsthand what makes businesses and people thrive.

I started my career behind the beauty counter, where I learned early that this industry is as much about connection as it is about product. Over the years, that foundation grew into a career leading sales, retail, and commercial strategy across beauty, luxury, and wellness, working with founders, executive teams, retailers, and markets around the world.

What I came to understand is that growth is rarely just about getting into more doors or hitting a bigger number. The strongest businesses have clarity around where they are going, discipline around how they grow, and leaders who know how to bring people with them.

That is what led me to create Scale Beauty Collective.

Today, I work with brands and founders to help shape what comes next, whether that means refining a growth strategy, navigating retail expansion, building a stronger financial plan, or thinking through the bigger picture of the business. I also work closely with leaders through mentoring and coaching, especially during moments of growth, transition, or uncertainty.

Sharing what I’ve learned has become an equally important part of my work. Through speaking engagements, panels, workshops, and industry conversations, I love creating honest dialogue around leadership, career growth, entrepreneurship, retail, and what it really takes to build and scale a brand.
